Orders and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken securely through PayPal at the time of ordering — we never see your card details. Your order is accepted when payment completes and you receive the order confirmation.

Delivery

Postage, where applicable, is shown in your cart before you pay. We dispatch promptly and will contact you by email if anything delays your order.

Cancellations and returns

As a UK consumer you have the right to cancel an order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods for a refund. To start a return, email mark@rcdynamics.co.uk with your order number. Returned goods should be unused and in their original condition.

If anything you buy from us is faulty, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full — we'll repair, replace or refund as the law provides. Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights.

Pre-orders

Where a product is offered for pre-order, the expected delivery timing is stated on the product page. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch by emailing us.

Liability

Our products are designed and tested for radio-controlled model use. We are not liable for damage arising from installation or use outside the published instructions, but nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and consumers additionally benefit from any mandatory protections of the law where they live.
